Our Story
We’ve been friends for almost 30 years—teammates, business partners, and even roommates. Over the years, we’ve built and run companies together and apart, developing complementary strengths in finance, operations, and strategy.
Each step has led us to this moment.
OneSixteen Pathway is a story of independence—ours and yours. For business owners, it means stepping into a new chapter with confidence—whether through succession, more time with family, or simply peace of mind. For us, it’s about building something lasting: a company rooted in integrity, operational excellence, and long-term stewardship.
We’re not just acquiring a business—we’re continuing a legacy, investing in people, and ensuring what made your company special keeps thriving.

Stephen Wahome
Hi – I’m Stephen, a Boston-based entrepreneur with a background in finance, real estate, and business development. Over the past decade, I’ve advised high-net-worth clients on long-term planning and investment strategy. I’ve also led real estate underwriting efforts and co-founded two startups, one of which was recognized by The Boston Globe as a leading African outsourcing provider.
I was drawn to entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA) because I believe deeply in the long-term value of small businesses and the legacies their founders have built. My goal is to acquire and operate a business where I can apply thoughtful leadership, invest in its people, and build on the strong foundation the owner has created.
When I’m not learning about businesses or connecting with business owners, I enjoy running, exploring new cities, and spending time with family and friends. I hold an MBA from UMass Lowell and real estate finance certifications from Cornell and A.CRE.

Jethro Kollie
Hi – I’m Jet. I was born in Liberia and raised in Lowell, MA. My story is grounded in the immigrant values of hard work, resilience, and humility. After more than a decade of balancing corporate jobs and entrepreneurial pursuits, I made the decision to walk away from the corporate life and go all in on entrepreneurship—launching OneSixteen Pathway as both a personal and professional milestone.
My experience combines financial advisory for individuals and small business owners, as well as commercial real estate consulting for publicly traded and venture-backed companies. At the heart of my work is a client-first mindset, a commitment to service, and a hands-on approach to operational excellence.
My goal is to be a thoughtful steward of the businesses we acquire—preserving what makes them special while unlocking new growth. Outside of work, I lead community initiatives focused on youth development and mentorship, including chairing the Holiday Toy Drive, Career Pathways, and Fatherhood & Mentoring programs through the Eta Phi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Bentley University and value traveling, staying active, and creating lasting memories with loved ones.
